Director of Global Services

Working in the IT services world since 1995, Mr. Orchard has built and led Global Technical Support and Services teams in both Enterprise and Mid-Market spaces, providing world class support and customer satisfaction.

Raised in the UK, Mr Orchard studied Computer Science in college and became involved in IT in 1995 writing and delivering customized Lotus Notes training before taking over the business development role in the same company selling bespoke Notes applications and services to Fortune 500 Financial companies.

After moving to the US he worked for Platinum Technology in their Education Services and was then hired by Oracle Corp to build and deliver support services to their Global Enterprise customers such as Motorola, Boeing and GE.

Most recently Mr Orchard was with EMC Corporation in a Senior Management role for the Critical response and Solution Recovery Teams. He has a strong focus and belief in providing the highest levels of customer service and a solution centric approach to his customer base.
